Ausgehende Anrufe über Swyx-Server an Stelle von SIP-Gateway-Trunk  (Germany)

Hallo zusammen,

zum wiederholten Male stehe ich vor dem Problem, dass an einen SwyxWare Server angemeldete, in per VPN angebundenen Außenstellen befindliche OpenStage-Endgeräte bei ausgehenden Rufen an Stelle des wie in den Call Routen hinterlegten SIP-Gateway-Trunks bzw. der ISDN-Schnittstelle des SwyxConnect leider die ISDN-Trunks des Servers verwenden. Aufgrund der geringen zur Verfügung stehenden Bandbreite der Branch Offices möchte ich dies allerdings tunlichst vermeiden.

Die Trunks sind auf beiden Seiten per Assistent konfiguriert und bei eigenden Anrufen in der Außenstelle wird der Ruf auch korrekt über den Swyx-Server wieder auf den SIP-Trunk gegeben, so jedenfalls die Anzeige in den aktiven Rufen.

Lokal registrierte Endgeräte am SwyxConnect haben dieses Problem ebenfalls nicht, weil Sie direkt via ISDN ins Amt wählen, was auch problemlos klappt.

Eine Anmeldung der OpenStage-Telefone per SIP am SywxConnect ist keine Alternative, da die CTI-Funktionen essentiell sind.

Zur Infrastruktur: SwyxWare 2011 mit QF2 auf Windows Server 2008 R2 mit SP1. SwyxConnect 172x mit Firmware 7.82.0126. Der alte Firmwarestand ist bedingt durch diverse Aussagen, dass 8.00 oder 8.50 immer wieder Probleme verursachen sollen; vielleicht kann das noch jemand der hier anwesenden bestätigen oder dementieren, da ich es bisher nicht selbst verifiziert habe.

Auch wenn ich den Thread jetzt zum Monolog degradiere, aber ich habe gerade mal den Weiterleitungseintrag für den Standort auf 600 erhöht und siehe da: Es funktioniert. Ich hätte zwar schwören können, dass ich dieses Szenario ebenfalls schon getestet hatte, aber offenbar habe ich mich da getäuscht.

Bis dato ist das Thema also "gelöst".
