Hallo Zusammen,
ich wollte Fragen, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt serverseitig abzufragen ob eine Leitung klingelt, bzw bei wem z.b. ein Gruppenruf gerade klingelt? |

Nein, Du kannst abfragen, ob ein Benutzer gerade spricht oder frei ist, aber leider nicht welche seiner Leitungen.

Letztlich geht es darum die Mitarbeiter besser zu überwachen. wir können mit unser Software inzwischen fast alles wirklich gut abbilden, nur kriegen wir es nicht hin festzustellen, wo ein Gruppenruf klingelt.
Das wäre für uns aber sehr wichtig, um herauszufinden, ob einzelne Mitarbeiter gerne mal nicht ans Telefon gehen oder entsprechend wegdrücken. Bisher machen wir die komplette überwachung Server seitig und würden gerne auf das Client SDK verzichten.
