I have a customer that uses Swyx and have made a decision to invest in Goldmine Enterprise Edition CRM for their business. The customer has a desire to be able to pop records from their CRM database, based on the caller ID of incoming calls.
In order to do this, I am guessing that they would need to purchase the TAPI add-on for Goldmine.
I presume that installing the complete version of the SwyxIt client at installation time should be all that is required to allow Goldmine to be able to use the incoming caller ID to pop the records.
As I do not have any experience of integrating Swyx with a CRM system, and before recommending my customer to purchase the TAPI add-on for Goldmine, I am interested if there are any comments that can be made regarding this, and if anybody has had a positive experience of integrating Swyx with Goldmine.
